1. Letter signed by LORETTA C. ARGRETT and dated September 18, 1998, appointing Thomas S. DiLeonardo, Esquire, to the office of attorney for the United States “who is employed full time by the Department of Justice and assigned to the Tax Division” (see uncertified copy, attached).

I request a waiver of all fees for this request.

Disclosure of the requested information to Me is in the public interest, because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations and activities of the federal government, and is not primarily in My commercial interest.
