1. Appointment Affidavit and required Oath of Office executed by Mr. John S. Gordon, currently claiming to be employed as a United States Attorney in the Office of the United States Attorney in Los Angeles, California.

2. All provisions in the Constitution for the United States of America, as lawfully amended to date.
