Paul Camancho [sic] and Brian Watson, DCUS San Jose, California, Docket Number C-97-20389-JW.

Defendant in the instant case has recently filed and served a MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM ORDER in Wishart v. Camancho et al. supra, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, as if set forth fully. See Attachment “A” infra.
