SUBJECT: reciprocal discovery documents
Hello Mr. DiLeonardo,
I have recently attempted to contact Mr. Brian Watson at IRS in San Jose, California, to schedule pickup of the discovery documents you mentioned in a previous letter.
Now you have requested that I not contact him any further.
What do recommend now as the proper procedure for obtaining those boxes of evidence?
For this and many other interrelated reasons, I am planning to submit a timely motion to continue U.S.A. v. Wishart, USDC #CR‑00‑20227‑JF. There are currently a total of 16 outstanding FOIA requests, none of which has been answered to date.
Will you oppose this routine motion to continue, or not?
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Donald E. Wishart
