SUBJECT:    Criminal Copyright Infringement

            by officers and employees of

            America Online, Inc., violating

            17 U.S.C. 506;  18 U.S.C. 241,

            242, 2319;  and 15 U.S.C. 1051 et seq.

This is My VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT against Messrs. Steve Case, Lennert Leader, Randall J. Boe, Adit Seth, and George Robert Boyce, now and at various times in the previous sixty (60) months employed by America Online, Inc., a corporation ("AOL") domiciled in Delaware State, for: one (1) criminal count each of violating the Copyright Act of 1976 at 17 U.S.C. 506 and the federal criminal Code at 18 U.S.C. 2319; for one (1) count each of violating the Lanham Act at 15 U.S.C. 1051 et seq., in connection with the unauthorized acquisition, modification, and dissemination of one or more electronic editions of "The Federal Zone: Cracking the Code of Internal Revenue" via the Internet and other means, and by falsely designating the origins of said stolen & modified edition(s); and one (1) criminal count each of conspiracy to deprive this Author's fundamental Rights, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 241, and deprivation of this Author's fundamental Rights, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 242. All documents previously filed with Judge Alex Kozinski, under authority of 18 U.S.C. 4 and of Certified U.S. Mail Serial Number #Z‑461‑139‑800, In re "The Federal Zone" Complaints for Criminal Copyright Infringement, and all attachments thereto, are hereby incorporated by reference, as if set forth fully herein.
