Dear Postmaster:

This is  My verified  criminal complaint  against Mr.  Randall J.
Boe, alleging  to be Associate General Counsel for America Online
Incorporated, doing  business at  22000 AOL Way, Dulles, Virginia
20166-9323 [sic],  for aiding and abetting one or more violations
of My  Common Law  Copyrights in the electronic fourth edition of
"The Federal  Zone: Cracking  the Code  of Internal Revenue," and
for transmitting  false and  misleading information  through  the
United States  Mail.   See 18 U.S.C. 2.  Supporting documentation
is  attached,  for  your  information.    Moreover,  after  being
provided  with   written  notice  of  the  Common  Law  Copyright
violation(s) in  question, Mr.  Randall  J.  Boe  has  failed  to
demonstrate that  he has done anything whatsoever to rectify said
Copyright  violation(s),   because  the  stolen  copy  extant  on
computers  owned   by  American  Online  Incorporated  was  still
installed and  available to  Internet users of said computers, as
of this writing.

                          VERIFICATION

I, Paul  Andrew, Mitchell,  B.A., M.S., Citizen of Arizona state,
federal witness,  expressly not  a citizen  of the  United States
("federal citizen"),  Counselor  at  Law,  and  private  attorney
general, hereby  verify, under penalty of perjury, under the laws
of the  United States  of America,  without the  "United  States"
(federal government),  that the  above statement of facts is true
and correct,  according to  the best  of My  current information,
knowledge, and  belief, so  help Me  God, pursuant  to  28 U.S.C.
1746(1).
