I insulted Mitchell, who spends his days trying to bilk people >into paying him for "information" that will cause them to lose their cases >and possibly end up in jail. This statement is totally baseless, rude, and a lie. I am not going to grace these frequent insults with any more responses. But I cannot let this one slide, because it is false, even criminal, for exhibiting slander and libel. Well, in Gilbertson's case, that judge was told twice, during the sentencing hearing, that he, presiding judge, had been sued in a FOIA enforcement action, but the judge went ahead anyway. It was the DOJ attorney who was telling that judge he had an adverse conflict of interest, NOT the defendant, and NOT the defense counsel. See Gilbertson's OPENING BRIEF in the Supreme Law Library, and all supporting documents. The work I have done for people is being published now in the Supreme Law Library. The story is certainly a complex one, for sure. But, a man is worthy of his hire, and one does not "bilk" others by requiring pay for professional services. Clients are not paying me simply to provide "information"; they are paying me to provide professional Counsel in complex legal cases, like the grand jury case which is now published in SLL. By the way, I have developed this website with our own meager funds, lots of contributed time and effort, and a few key voluntary donations which have brought SLL to where it is now. A retainer of $500, and an hourly rate of $75, are far below what licensed attorneys charge for the kind of work which I do. In many cases, I am also responsible for all the clerical and administrative logistics, including delicate relations with court clerks, the post office, a supervisory judge, security personnel, police and fire personnel, not to mention courtesy correspondence with the Supreme Court, Attorney General, and Congress. I have no desire or interest in "causing" clients to lose their cases. This is another ugly lie, because it flatly mis-represents my motives. My main motives are to dismantle the IRS, to restore integrity to the courts, and to eliminate the mess which has developed inside the Department of Justice. If these motives are not obvious from all the work which is already published in SLL, then the reader needs remedial reading and comprehension. The man who has written these statements is simply a liar, and that is all there is to it. The proof is in the Supreme Law Library, where more proof will be available, time and resources permitting. Please excuse me when I choose to ignore all future email from: NMMJR@aol.com I have much better ways to spend the gift of life which I have been given. This man has no idea how to live in harmony with other men, or to make a positive contribution to their welfare and happiness. My best advice is this: just ignore him. You all have DELETE keys on your keyboards.
