The matter is NOT resolved.

Such links are "contributory infringements"
as that term is defined in the glossary
found at the Software Publishers Association
website, at URL:

We continue to hold all direct and indirect
infringers liable to me for the infringement(s),
particularly when such infringers have also 
deliberately failed to pay the $25 required fee.
