false designation of origin and
related federal claims
On the
federal questions which arise from criminal copyright infringement, in
violation of 18 U.S.C.
2319 and 17 U.S.C.
506, from falsely designating the true origins of the stolen and modified
derivatives of “The Federal Zone” that were hosted on the Internet and
elsewhere without this Author’s authorization, in violation of the Lanham Act, and from
deprivations of My fundamental Rights as secured by the Constitution, Laws, and
Treaties of the United States, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 241, 242, 1512 and 1513, please be advised of My specific
intent to sue you, your Internet Service Provider(s), and all known accomplices
for all actual, consequential, and exemplary (punitive) damages, and for all
other relief which an unbiased federal venue deems just and proper under the
circumstances including, but not limited to, all direct and indirect copyright
infringements which occurred during the 77 months beginning on March 24, 1994 A.D.,
all related violations of the Lanham Act, for
falsely designating the origins of all modified derivatives of the subject
book, and all other related deprivation(s) of this Author’s fundamental Rights
and conspiracy(s) to deprive this Author’s fundamental Rights as secured by the
Constitution, Laws and Treaties of the United States.
