NOTICE AND DEMAND
FOR EXHIBITION OF OATH
TO: Mr. Herbert Y.C. Choy
c/o Clerk of Court
U.S. Court of Appeals
P.O. Box 193939
San Francisco 94119-3939
CALIFORNIA, USA
FROM: Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.
Private Attorney General, 1964(a)
DATE: July 11, 2003 A.D.
SUBJECT: Oath of Office
Mr. Choy:
This is a formal reminder to you that the federal criminal statute at 18 U.S.C. 4 (misprision of felony) creates a serious and formal obligation for me to report felony federal offenses which I witness to a judge or other appropriate officer of the United States (federal government). Please be advised that I have no intentions of violating this statute.
Attached please find pertinent authorities in re: Presidential Commissions and Oaths of Office.
Formal DEMAND is hereby made of you to produce a true and correct copy of your Oath of Office by delivering same to the mailing location shown below no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 11, 2003 A.D. (approximately 30 calendar days hence).
Beyond that deadline, your decision to fall silent in the face of this lawful NOTICE AND DEMAND will constitute fraud, pursuant to the court opinion in U.S. v. Tweel, and it will also activate estoppel pursuant to Carmine v. Bowen.
Your timely and professional cooperation will be appreciated.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
