Paul, stop wasting our time with this kind of drivel.
First, we do not have a copy on our site of the document to which you
claim a
copyright. Never had one. All we have is a link and a URL to a site
that once
had one and is now dead. A link is not and cannot be a copyright
violation.
For your information, since you claim some knowledge of the law, and in
fact
have very little, only the initial copy of a copyrighted work is a
violation,
not copies of copies, if given away, unless they are sold.
Second, the document has been widely circulated on the Internet for
more than
two years, which is the statute of limitations on such things.
Third, I seem to recall that it was you or someone representing you who
first
released the document on the Net. It is you who are estopped.
Fourth, the document itself is out of date and legally unsound. We only
linked
to it as a way to educate people on legally unsound materials.
But thanks for calling our attention to a dead link. We need to get rid
of it
for that reason.
