I simply asked my tech staff what they knew about the issue. I did not
solicit a response from any of them to your email, rather consulted
their knowledge. Any direct response from them to you is in no way
related to Texas GulfNet.

Regardless of the legality of my customer's documents and your
allegations, Pat, my employee, does not represent Texas GulfNet on the
issue and was out of line in making sarcastic and threatening
statements. I will investigate Pat's actions.

Mr. Mitchell, in all this I see no phone number to call you.
You appear to be representing yourself as a lawyer.
Are you a lawyer?
Where are you licensed?
Where may I investigate your background?
By what or whose authority do you challenge my customer?
Who do you represent?
May I contact your client directly to verify your authority?

If you misrepresent yourself and this is frivolous it angers me
because of the time it takes me to investigate. You or your client may
be liable for professional fees taken to investigate. Please realize
that the millions of links, texts, copyrights, and emotions, hinder my
(and many others') ability to carry on business and harms ability to
earn a living.

My customers have a right to place anything that is legal on their
site. That is a constitutional right. I do not make judgements on
human rights issues, however, I will take action if I feel that there
is a flagrant abuse or that someone would be harmed. Thus far I have
not had time to investigate and have no reason to believe that there
is harm to anyone.

According to your original email, I have until the 31st of August to
respond.

I will dutifully respond immediately to verifiable court orders.
Anything else puts me at risk of infringing on a US citizen's
constitutional rights. I prefer testifying to a grand jury to risking
civil rights violations.
