Private Attorney General
DATE: December 9, 2001 A.D.
SUBJECT: Mitchell v. AOL Time Warner, Inc. et al.
#CIV. S-01-1480 WBS DAD PS
Due to circumstances far beyond my control, U.S. Mail deliveries to me have been delayed since the attempted assault on my Person that occurred on November 6, 2001 A.D.
I received your letter of November 13 only yesterday, and I am responding as promptly as humanly possible.
With respect to the contents of your letter, I am
standing on my pleadings.
See the Petition Clause in the First Amendment, for authority. I have never waived any of My fundamental Rights as guaranteed by this Clause, or any other Clause, in the U.S. Constitution.
Please be informed that My position is that you are now estopped for failing to produce the Certificate of Oath as required by Section 6067 of the California Business and Professions Code. As such, I maintain that you are now guilty of misdemeanors in violation of Sections 6126 and 6127 of that Code (one count each).
We are all equal before the law, Mr. Ehlers. Moreover, Titles of Nobility are expressly prohibited by the U.S. Constitution. See Article I, Section 9, Clause 8, and Article I, Section 10, Clause 1.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
