Allowable under California State Laws
This is our FOURTH INVOICE AND DEMAND FOR PAYMENT for damages sustained in connection with all COUNTS and the SUMMARY OF DAMAGES described in the Initial COMPLAINT in the above entitled matter, plus the maximum amount of pre-judgment interest allowable under California State usury laws (i.e. seven percent (7%) per annum simple interest).
All of our prior INVOICES have remained unpaid as of the above date. And, as you know or should know, personnel of the Federal Judiciary either failed or refused to exhibit the requisite credentials to preside upon the civil case in question. See evidence summary here:

Accordingly, we now hold you liable, both jointly and severally, for all initial Damages plus 10 years @ 12 months i.e. one hundred twenty (120) total months of simple interest, beginning Aug. 1, 2001 A.D. thru and including July 31, 2011 A.D.:
