Revenue," electronic editions
Dear Mr. Goodkin:
This is to inform you of our specific intent to
file a VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT against one or more members of the
university, in connection with the widespread criminal infringements of my
exclusive copyrights in "The Federal Zone: Cracking the Code of Internal Revenue," all editions.
Under separate cover, we have already transmitted key
documentary evidence of said infringement to your Designated Agent, at the
place shown in U.S. Copyright Office records.
Formal demand is hereby made of you to refrain from
destroying this evidence, and also to cease and desist any and all conduct which
could be construed as an attempt by any member of your university to conceal
and/or destroy evidence of other copyright infringements, electronic or
otherwise, past or present.
Notice to principals is notice to agents. Notice to agents is notice to principals.
Thank you very much for your consideration in this
matter.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
