I apologize, but I do not understand which question this statement is
in
response to.
Caprica is providing e-mail and Internet access to Mr. Bempechat. In
this
role we are acting as a "common carrier," not a publisher. What
specifically
are you demanding of Caprica?
As an ISP, how is Caprica, with no other knowledge of or participation
in
Mr. Bempechat's business dealings any more responsible than the post
office or private mail box company, the telephone company,
the landlord where his business resides, the bank who cashes his
checks.
