FINAL NOTICE AND DEMAND FOR
CREDENTIALS REQUIRED BY LAW
TO: Ms. Irma E. Gonzalez
c/o Clerk of Court
880 Front Street, Suite 4290
San Diego 92101
CALIFORNIA, USA
FROM: Paul Andrew Mitchell, Plaintiff
Mitchell v. AOL Time Warner, Inc. et al.
Superior Court of California #GIC807057
DATE: June 30, 2003 A.D.
SUBJECT: missing credentials
Greetings Irma E. Gonzalez:
After submitting a lawful FOIA request and appeal for your Presidential Commission, the latter of which is a legal requirement to occupy the office of federal judge, the U.S. Department of Justice has failed to produce any documentation whatsoever establishing that you do, in fact, have the requisite credentials. Please see attached.
Accordingly, this is My FINAL DEMAND that you produce your Presidential Commission and Oath of Office by mailing certified copies of same to the mailing location shown below no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 7, 2003 A.D. (one week hence). Beyond that deadline, your silence will constitute fraud, pursuant to the holding in U.S. v. Tweel, and your silence will activate estoppel, pursuant to the holding in Carmine v. Bowen.
Your failure to perform, in light of all the above, will also give me probable cause to charge you formally with impersonating a federal officer, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 912 (a felony), and possibly also with mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1341 (also a felony).
The federal statute at 18 U.S.C. 4 requires me to report felony federal offenses to a judge or other appropriate officer of the United States. Please be advised that I have no intention of violating the latter federal statute.
Ignorance of the law is no excuse for violating the law.
Thank you.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
