Affairs of  New Life  Health Center  Company,  an  Unincorporated

Business Trust domiciled in the Arizona Republic (hereinafter the

"Trust"), to provide a ten-day courtesy Notice to Mr. Procter Hug

concerning Complainant's  proper  and  lawful  DEMAND  TO  APPEAR

BEFORE  A   COMPETENT  AND   QUALIFIED  FEDERAL  GRAND  JURY,  as

previously submitted and filed in the instant case.

     Complainant has  demanded to  appear before  a competent and

qualified federal grand jury no later than November 30, 1997.
