I just received a copy of "The Federal Zone" listing a violation of one
of
our subscribers.  This issue was cleared up over a year ago.  There is
no
such link on the listed site.  Have you even tried to follow the link
that
you submitted as a "violation".  When I spoke with David McGuire over a
year
ago, he told me that he removed the link and that he never realized it
was a
violation of a copyright when he first added it to his site.  He
"ceased" to
link to that site immediately upon notification.  I notified your
office of
this matter immediately.

Please check your records and verify that this information is correct. 
I
would appreciate a letter of correction from your office.
