This is My VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT
against Mr. Brian Oblivion (believed to be an alias), doing business as L0PHT
Heavy Industries, 46 Waltham Street, Boston 02118, MASSACHUSETTS, USA, telephone
(617) 787-7600, for five (5) criminal counts of violating the Copyright Act of
1976 at 17 U.S.C. 506
and the federal criminal Code at 18 U.S.C. 2319, and
for one (1) count of violating the Lanham Act at 15 U.S.C. 1051 et
seq., in connection with the unauthorized acquisition, modification, and dissemination
of the electronic fourth edition of "The Federal Zone: Cracking the Code
of Internal Revenue" via the Internet and other means, and by
falsely designating the origins of said stolen and modified edition(s), and one
(1) count of conspiracy to deprive this Author's fundamental Rights, in
violation of 18 U.S.C.
241. The five (5) counts of
copyright infringement correspond to the following five (5) overt acts,
respectively:
COUNT ONE:
acquiring electronic copy without payment
for same (theft)
COUNT TWO:
modifying the text without authorization
("hacking")
COUNT THREE:
posting a hacked book on the Internet
without authorization
COUNT FOUR:
providing directions to the hacked and
stolen version
COUNT FIVE:
refusing to remove the hacked version,
after receipt of written demands from the author

incorporated by reference, as if set forth fully herein.
VERIFICATION

Juris, Counselor at Law, qualified Federal Witness, Private Attorney
General, and Citizen of California state, hereby verify, under penalty of
