Under separate cover we have mailed to you our second BONA FIDE OFFER IN COMPROMISE AND OFFER TO HOLD HARMLESS to the Midwest Internet Exchange, Inc. Today, we faxed same to the most recent fax number which our records indicate for that company, to wit:

We immediately received the attached fax in response (see attached copy). It appears, on the basis of this (empty) response, that the Midwest Internet Exchange has changed their name to "TEK Interactive Group" [sic], using the same fax number.
