This is our formal complaint lodged against all
principals, officers, incorporators, stock holders, employees, and contract
agents of the Midwest Internet Exchange, Inc., for operating without lawful
status as a foreign corporation within Indiana state, and also for systematic
and premeditated violations of the Common Law Copyrights expressly and
conspicuously reserved in the Preface to the electronic fourth edition of
"The Federal Zone: Cracking the Code of Internal Revenue."

Please take all necessary and appropriate
disciplinary actions against the responsible party(s).
