Paul,
I received your mail.
this matter has been resolved over two years ago. In fact within about
8
weeks after we bought the company. If you recall, I even helped you
with the
most recent address that I had.
If you will check the files. We complied with everything that was asked
at
that point and was told that no further action would be taken.
Why is this two year old matter being brought up again?
We are only the provider, we have no control over access, content,
infringement, etc.
When we are notified, our policy states that we will notify the sight
owner,
and give them 5 days to comply at which time if they do not, we remove
the
site, and deny them access.
This is exactly is what happened to Mr. Head as per your request.
Again... why is this matter resurfaced. It was put to bed long ago.
