Hi Folks! Dan Davidson popped up at DFW airport for a 3 hours
layover today so I got to spend some time with him.
He has been working with Jerry Gallimores Gravity Wave detector and is
currently using barium zirconate(?), I believe he said that was the
detector material...he says the dielectric is extermely high, in fact
he gave me the number but I don't remember it..
Anyway, he bought a 286 computer and a Radio Shack digital multimeter
with an RS-232 interface...this way, the DMM can transmit clean signals
to the computer where an ASCII file is constantly appended...then the
data is imported into EXCEL where he can draw some graphs and determine
what the heck is happening..
Dan gave me a graph printout which shows a gravity wave high around
noon and a low around midnight...there is also some kind of peak that
occurs around 2-4 PM...unexplained at present.
One other interesting section was one day which had a lesser amplitude
around noon, Dan says it rained that day...
We talked about lots of things and I gave him a packet of files and
some of the stuff you fellows sent in.
He says he will send a cleaned up version of his gravity wave
experiments for the BBS in the near future...he is also currently
working on a presentation for the USPA conference...
And that's about it for today...later...>>> Jerry

Hi Richard! Yes, I would like to see your experiences and the
techniques used to produce the effects....subliminals and affirmations
and hypnosis are long time interests...and if is something I and/or
others can use, so much the better....I have bought several types of
subliminal tapes and none do a damn thing for me...but I think the
self-hypnosis is a likely route...note that behavior modification or
patterns of action such as habits are said to be broken if sustained
for a period of about 20 days...the mind and/or body "re-maps" to the
new cycles of influence...point is, you must SUSTAIN the desired
actions for the 20 day period, then they become automatic, training as
it were....(or RE-training)....later...>>> Jerry

Am going to either buy or build a Tesla coil for experimentation, and
the choice is either a preassembled one with 50KV output from Edmund
Scientific, or a kit with 100KV outout, with plans courtesy of the 1993
Electronics Experimenters Handbook. The kit states that the completed
il will produce 800Watts from 200 Watts input, which is very
interesting. Have you built or bought one? Which would you think is
more useful? Appreciate your opinion. Thanks!!

general although they use presetup programs for their MAC...I just
wanted him and his wife and family to be able to access the BBSs...he
says he bought the modem just for KeelyNet but I think they would
rapidly expand their modeming once they get into it.
I too will look around, PD or a copy of a GOOD, SIMPLE comm program for
a MAC would be fine...anything to get them online as they do some good
networking here in the Metroplex....
You say you don't know anyone in free energy in S. California?? Geez,
Bruce dePalma lives in Santa Barbara and we have several files by and

as good old Cleve Backster (plant communication) in San Diego and David
Fasold (discovered what is believed to be Noahs Ark in Turkey) lives

OK - from the research I've done on this end, the WPG format (with
filename extension the same), is used predominently for graphic-only
data with a "blob" type for simple text (i.e. not equations, etc, just
simple text to save space?). The WPC file type (with just a lot of
filename extensions) is what Word Perfect uses for ALL its products -
the first 16 or so bytes of the file determining what application it
was generated from. The file then consists of "blobs" of data of
various types; graphics, equations, simple and "not-so-simple" (i.e.
extended/greek) text, etc., etc. If you could do up what you would
consider an all-encompassing file that contains samples of each of what
you'd like supported, then I'll see what I can do with a viewer/printer.
The file formats (WPC/WPG/whatever) are very thorough in what they could
potentially support so a shareware program should be quite valuable to
the masses. Lemme know...

They are in the formative stages right now for a NEW CIVILIZATION. You

you know that they put up a L. Ron Hubbard Library wing in the Moscow

Hi Kelsey! I have heard a lot about this shielding device but have
nothing on it....from what I have read it appears to be some kind of
energy net (probably scalar fields) that act to disassociate or
disintegrate anything that tries to penetrate it.
There was a fellow in Canada who built something like it, but his
machine caused the center of gravity of any mass within the field to
"shift" and thus alter the properties of the object...such as a
gun...the trigger would not be able to be pulled because it would
appear to stick as if superglued...I tried to trace down this fella as
I believe he is still alive but never made a contact...he has kept the
secret to himself from the papers I have...BTW, a file is on KeelyNet
that describes this effect....can't remember....ah yes, it called
ENTEBBE.ZIP....or ENTEBBE1.ZIP....
As to some kind of shield, on one of the old Twilight Zone shows, there
was one about a group of VERY ADVANCED SCIENTISTS who had sworn off
society because of man's inherently destructive nature...living in
relative isolation in a very small and out of the way town, they
developed marvelous technologies, two in particular that I thought were
intriguing...
The first was an E=MC^ machine...that is it took patterns (signatures
of various objects) from a punched card, read the card, produced an
energy field and literally materialized matter in the shape of the
signature...much like the Star Trek convertors and beam machine that
would allow matter to be converted to an energy stream, reconverted to
mass and back and forth...the same principle applies to the actual
creation of matter..
The second device was more in line with what you speak of, that is an
energy barrier that acted as a field of force...the description given
by one of the scientists was that it caused the gases within a
localized field to become more compact....they were still invisible but
were closer together, giving the invisible wall effect. That was quite
interesting...
Ah yes, and one other thing from a Star Trek episode called the
"Empath"...where Kirk, Spock and Bones were taken inside a planet and
subjected to major torture with the idea to test the humanitarian
aspects of an empathic being from a race of empaths...
One of the devices used by the aliens was a rotating force cylinder
that became more dense the more effort was used to escape from it, much
like a Chinese Finger Puzzle...the harder you pull, the denser the
field becomes....
Anyway, all that sci-fi stuff gives lots of pseudo reality to much of
what we are interested in and generally points to one or two ways to
achieve it...
As to practical methods...I don't know of any at this time...>>> Jerry

Folder : A, "Public Mail"
Hi,
Can anybody inform me of where or how I can obtain copies of ALL the
films of a Television Series called "One Step Beyond". This T.V. show
was on a regular weekly showing back in 1960--to--1965 or around that
time.
The show was proproted to be TRUTHFUL as to the accounts of what was
displayed to the viewer.
One showing was of an individual back in the 1940's that had
devoelped a "Tablet" a white tablet with green speckles in it. That
when droped into a "open wash-tub" of about 10 to 15 gallons of water.
Would upon contact with the water Fizz and bubble the entire tub of
water and turn the water "Greenish" in color.
This now turned "green" water was pored into a fuel tank of a car.
The car on the show was a 50's type (just a note). The car could then
be started and run on this liquid until the car's gas tank was empty.
The show goes on further and further.......of a lot more very
interesting subjects that were to have proportedly actually happened.
There, is a file of GREENGAS.ZIP in Keely Net .... that reminded me
of this T.V. series.
Please, contact me if you can inform me of how I can obtain copies of
this T.V. series.
Cordially,
Gary F. Esposito

Subject: Heavy Water
Folder : A, "Public Mail"
Norman's hydrogen producing device, i.e., a very high speed centrifugal
vortex might lend itself very handily to separating standard water
vapor from heavy water vapor. If you were to send steam into a chamber
similar to the one Norman is attempting to use, then the heavier
molecules would tend to go outward, normal water to the center. The
temperatures would have to be below the point where the oxy and
hydrogen disassociate, however. If our government can use
multi-billion dollar centrifugal separation for uranium hexafluoride
(U-235 from U-238) then the same process should work for heavy water.
A vortex centrifuge using 100,000 rpm flow should easily separate
regular water from heavy - the difference in weight is certainly MUCH
greater than the difference in two uranium isotopes. Norman can
probably make you a really simple device based upon his current
hydrogen producing device. I'd bet that the process would be superior
to current methods. By the way, how is heavy water produced today
anyway? I looked in a new chemical catalog I recently got in the mail,
and heavy water is NOT something listed. Kinda surprising considering
that it is not toxic, explosive, or dangerous in itself. One drop in
6,000, eh? How many gallons of water would you have to process to get
the .5 to 1 gallon you need? A homebrew process would not be 100%
efficient, of course, but what the heck - water is pretty cheap, even
here in the big D! What about it Norm? You could become one of the
few, if not only, non-government sources for heavy water in the country!

Hi Terry! Sorry I can't help you on the ultraviolet LEDs. As far as I

'em, but you don't see them in very many catalogs. As far as your

generosity... I'm still pondering the Mobius Coil info you sent me over
the Summer... I guess I'm thick but I don't really understand all the
illustrations in that paper, even though admittedly the author was more
generous with illustrations than most writers are! As far as the basic
ingredient of the windings being a BIFILAR-like doubling-back on itself
type of winding, I do understand that (and Hooper's patents, which are
found in the back of Bearden's book on Aids, illustrate much the same
thing); I just don't understand quite how he is forming the whole mess
into a MOBIUS band. Oh well, I'll try reading it again! Anyhow, if
you're gonna upload to the Net, don't duplicate your efforts by
personally mailing to me... save your money for more worthwhile things
like Time Machines, etc. (Heh heh!) I'll download from Keely when
Jerry gets it all up so you don't need to send it to me but thanks
again for the offer. If Jerry puts it up, I just wrote a file on Phase
Conjugation/Time Reversed waves... it has been bugging me that Bearden
used to talk about 180 degrees out of phase vector sum-zero waves (like
a bifilar coil might produce) but now is emphasizing a Phase Conjugate
wave pair consisting of 2 waves, one going forward in time and one
going backward in time, so that they are TEMPORALLY out of phase, yet
they are SPATIALLY IN PHASE at all times... maybe we could talk about
this one soon... Thanks again for the comeback and the mail offer.

Hi Jerry! I had to respond to your latest Tesla bashing. I feel I have
to defend Tesla because he has taught me a lot and I have a sympathetic
affinity for him. Unfortunatly a lot of folklore hase arisen about
Tesla that is pure fiction, which leads many to expect too much from
him then they get angry to find out he had faults like everybody. I
think that it is a mistake to compare Tesla and Keely as they were of a
very different sort from each other at a fundamental level. Tesla was a
determined materialist whereas Keely was evidently in tune with a
nonmaterial way of thinking. Tesla was often critical of those who
expounded the mystical side of things, probably because of some
childhood experiences growing up in his father's church and his bitter
failure at certain endeavors in the spiritual field. Keely obviously
had an understanding of certain higher levels of hierarchy as evidenced
by his placement of the cerebelic force above ether and gravity, as the
dominant luminiferous proper. Tesla was a genious as a scientist and
engineer. I don't think his inventions and experiments really emulated
anyone else and I credit him with a great deal of originality in what
he accomplished. His KNOWN systems claim no correspondence to Keely's
laws of vibrations. I think that Tesla noted many anomalous effects
during his researches but he was not primarily interested in them. I
believe that most of the mysterious UNKNOWN inventions attributed to
Tesla are pure fiction based on people's acceptance of what were to
Tesla speculations that got confused or hoped to be factual. Tesla
figured out a lot of ideas based on intuition just like we do here, and
he extrapolated on them feeling an inner certainty of their probable
truth. Unfortunately a big cult deal has developed around him because
he was advanced and accomplished in many ways compared to his
contemporaries, and that he has gotten so little recognition for his
REAL contributions that now we are seeing an overcompensation for that
on the part of his admirers. I can understand your attitude toward
Keely in this respect too because of his lack of recognition which if
he had left some tangible product of his genious in the world today,
perhaps Tesla's accomplishments would pale by comparison. Trouble is we
don't see any of Keely's inventions in our everyday lives whereas we do
with Tesla's, and People are just discovering Tesla. You can understand
the psychology of this. Tesla just gets overhyped but its not his fault.

John: While Director of Research and Development at a very large East
Coast Energy company I had the opportunity to explore solar heating and
cooling techniques. In our research we looked at useing freon to
provide shaft HP to drive various pumps etc. Freon motors are a
positive displacement type of motor such as vane air motors and a
piston type motor related to the General Motors air conditioning
compressor that uses pistons that are connected to a swash plate
arrangement to give rotatioal output. If you will look at a burden
Surplus catalog, Lincoln NE. you will find piston hydraulic motor
which will run on freon just fine. Air motors do not have good enough
seals to be used on the higher pressures encountered with freon. Just
remember that you can use any hydraulic motor with freon (provided you
use a lubricating oil with the gas the same as in your A/C system. The
reason that you can't use a regular freon compressor such as you find
under the hood of you car is that it uses reed valves and can only
compress a gas and cannot be reversed to act as a motor. Really you
could modify automotive A/C compressors into motors but it my be beyond
you capabilities and budget. Why bother when you can buy good motors
in the market place. A mater of looking for the right thing. We also
looked at advanced heat storage devices such as ZEOLITE thermal storage
bank. (highest heat storage density of any substance known). Also
built many STIRLING heat motors which run on heat input alone. Real
slick for solar applications. The Israelies built a solar MHD system
that used freon gas as the seed driving element to generate electricity
directly from solar input. There is a US Patent on it in your library.
If you want to play around with a vane type air motor they can be
ordered from WW GRAINGER catalog. Norm
