We did search the WHOIS databases.
Try it yourself! ;(
The responsible party(s) have given
a false mailing address, because
our U.S. mail to them bounced,
last year.
They continue to perpetrate a
direct copyright infringement
at domain PHREAK.COM which continues
right up to the present.
We demand to know who is responsible.
Our stated deadline stands.
