This is My Formal NOTICE to you of My specific intent to file a VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT against you for one (or more) counts of impersonating a federal officer, specifically a duly commissioned Article III federal judge, and for one (or more) counts of obstruction of justice in the above entitled case.  Both offenses are felonies.

 

Ignorance of the law is no excuse for violating the law, Mr. Shubb.  Furthermore, you have already been properly and thoroughly notified of the pertinent laws.
