If we do not receive your payment when due, your account may be terminated. Termination of your account does not remove your responsibility under this agreement to pay all fees incurred up to the date the account was canceled including any collection fees incurred by Skagit On-Line Services. Skagit On-Line Services makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness of this service for a particular purpose. Skagit On-Line Services takes no responsibility for any damages suffered by you including, but not limited to, loss of data from delays, non-deliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions caused or damage to your computer or other equipment while using Skagit On-Line Services. Skagit On-Line Services' may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any US, state, or local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material, or material protected by trade secret. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skagit On-Line Services from any claims resulting from your use of this service which damages you or another party. At our discretion, we may revoke your access for inappropriate usage. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skagit On-Line Services for any use of this service by minors to access adult materials. Responsibility for access by minors rests solely with the minor's parent or legal guardian. Use of any information obtained via this services is at your own risk. Skagit On-Line Services specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through our services. We may list your contact information in relevant directories. If you use another organization's networks or computing resources, you are subject to their respective permission and usage policies. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. A current copy will always be available on-line through our World Wide Web facilities. Continued usage of your account after a new policy has gone into effect constitutes acceptance of that policy. We encourage you to regularly check the policy statement for any changes. You will notify Skagit On-Line Services of any changes in account contact information, such as your address or telephone number. You are responsible for how your account is used. Disk storage for Email, Interactive, and Graphical accounts is limited to 6 megabytes. Temporary use of up to 20 megabytes while on line is permitted. Disk storage for Enhanced graphical accounts is 20 megabytes. Basic Email account fees include 50 hours of use per month. SLIP/PPP, Interactive and Enhanced account fees include 250 hours of use per month. Hours beyond the initial hourage is billed at $.75 per hour. Skagit On-Line Services reserves the right to cancel this service and reimburse you with any unused fees where appropriate on a pro-rata basis. You may cancel your account at any time upon prior written notice to us. You will still be responsible for any fees incurred up to the end of the month of cancellation. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted. Some of the information available on our systems is covered by copyright. Unless you have permission from the copyright holder, you are not allowed to redistribute this information to others, including use of this information on radio, television or printed media, such as newspapers, magazines or newsletters. Past due accounts will accrue interest at .8% per annum. In the event it is necessary to employ an attorney to recover any amounts due to Skagit On-Line Services, I agree to pay all costs incurred by Skagit On-Line Services including reasonable attorney fees.
