NOTICE AND DEMAND
TO CEASE AND DESIST
TO: Terence L. Thompson
Office of the Attorney General
P.O. Box 12548, Capitol Station
Austin 78711-2548
TEXAS, USA
FROM: The People of California State ex rel.
Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.
Private Attorney General
DATE: June 19, 2003 A.D.
SUBJECT: Missing Oath of Office as required by
the Oath of Office Clause (6:3) and 4 U.S.C. 101
Dear Terence L. Thompson:
NOTICE
You are hereby reminded of my prior written correspondence to you in the matter of your missing Oath of Office. Copies of that written correspondence are posted at the following Internet URL:
http://www.supremelaw.org/copyrite/thompson.terence/
I now act on the basis of your decision to remain silent in direct response to my previous lawful demand for exhibition of the Oath of Office that is required by the U.S. Constitution and by the federal statute at 4 U.S.C. 101 supra.
Silence is a fraud, where there is a legal or a moral duty to speak, or where an inquiry left unanswered would be intentionally misleading. U.S. v. Tweel. Silence activates estoppel. Carmine v. Bowen.
Thus, I am refusing all written communications from you to date, for fraud, mail fraud, willful misrepresentation, and conspiracy.
I specifically deny that you are a member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
DEMAND
I hereby demand that you immediately cease and desist from any further attempts falsely to represent the University of Texas, or to transmit any further false and misleading representations of fact via fax or U.S. Mail, or to attempt any false and fraudulent “appearances” on behalf of anyone or anything else in State or federal courts, without first exhibiting proof that you have executed a proper oath of office by which you have bound yourself to support the true and correct version of the Constitution for the United States of America.
If you need help understanding this NOTICE AND DEMAND TO CEASE AND DESIST, allow me to recommend that you retain the services of competent counsel who is properly licensed to practice law in the State of California. I don’t know of any and, even if I did, it would not be proper for me to recommend any such counsel to you in this matter. See also CBPC § 6068.
Thank you for your immediate cooperation.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
