PUBLIC WARNING OF FELONY RACKETEERING
BY IMPOSTORS IN THE
July 5, 2013 A.D.
Dear Neighbor,
In August of 2006, my office was
retained by a physician in
Most recently, my office has expanded that investigation to include all Federal Magistrates appointed to the District of Washington State.
You can access the summary results of that investigation here on the Internet:
http://supremelaw.org/rsrc/commissions/evidence.folders.2004-03-16.htm#DWA
All Federal Judges must have a valid SENATE CONFIRMATION, PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION, APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS and OATH OF OFFICE.
Magistrates are not confirmed by the Senate or commissioned by the President, but they are required to have valid APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS and a separate OATH OF OFFICE.
A plain English transcript discussing these requirements is here on the Internet:
http://supremelaw.org/authors/stark/transcript.re.credentials.htm
The legal and criminal implications of missing and/or defective credentials are very well documented by standing decisions of American courts and U.S. Attorney General, some of which are quoted here:
http://supremelaw.org/rsrc/commissions.htm
You will please note, in particular, that all their acts are void and they cannot even get paid if their required credentials are not in proper order: these are the serious consequences of ignoring the Laws which make these credentials an absolute necessity.
Also, it is painfully true that Americans who have been sentenced to State and Federal prisons by any of these confirmed impostors have been wrongly incarcerated, and justice demands that they be released, and also compensated, for having been deprived of Due Process of Law.
There is no fee or other obligation required to access the Internet locations cited above: the Supreme Law Library is made available as a public service to the American People, without advertising.
We ask only that you make the
time to become familiar with the documents cited above, and to forward copies
of this PUBLIC WARNING to at least ten (10) of
your family members, friends, neighbors and other
contacts, particularly those who also live and work in
If you feel the need to conduct a more thorough study of this ongoing problem, we do maintain our private SupremeLaw discussion list and message archive which you can join for a nominal fee of $10 per month, prepaid through the end of the current calendar year:

Thank you very much for your consideration.
Thank you also for helping restore justice to a Federal Court “system” which has deteriorated in a carefully concealed manner, and which has only recently been properly documented for the attention of public officials who are responsible for prosecuting white collar crime.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
