COMES NOW Vance E. Knudson, Sui Juris, Citizen of Nebraska state,

expressly not a citizen of the United States ("federal citizen"),

and  Defendant   in  the   above  entitled   matter  (hereinafter

"Defendant"), to provide formal Notice to all interested parties,

and to  demand mandatory judicial notice by this honorable Court,

pursuant to  Rule 201(d) of the Federal Rules of Evidence, of the

original (unsigned)  pleadings as  filed in the case of People v.

Boxer, California  Supreme Court,  Case Number S-030016, December

1992.  Said pleadings were all signed in blue ink in the presence

of the  Clerk of  that Court.   This  action was  a Petition  for

Peremptory Writ  of Mandamus to compel then Senator-elect Barbara

Boxer to  witness the  mass of evidence which has been assembled,

impugning the ratification of the so-called 16th Amendment.
