MEMO

TO: Ray Looker, Sui Juris

FROM: Paul Andrew, Mitchell, B.A., M.S.
          Counselor at Law

DATE: January 15, 1997

SUBJECT: Filing Status of Pleadings

I have assembled a binder with the front page from each pleading
which we have submitted to the Clerk to date (see enclosed).

In the upper right-hand corner of each front page, I have
indicated if the Clerk has either received, or filed, each
pleading, the date, and the court.

Please check each of these sheets against your own records,
update any which need changes, and then mail one to the Clerk,
and the other to me so that I can update my own records.

This research will form the foundation for a NOTICE AND DEMAND
for obedience to the Petition Clause. The U.S. Supreme Court has
ruled that this is the Right conservative of all other rights.
Moreover, deprivations of the Petition Clause are violations of
18 U.S.C. 242.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Mitchell
