COMES NOW  Floyd Raymond,  Looker, Sui  Juris,  Citizen  of  West

Virginia  state  and  Plaintiff  in  the  above  entitled  matter

(hereinafter  "Plaintiff"),  to  provide  formal  Notice  to  all

interested party(s)  of this, His CLERICAL UPDATE, NUNC PRO TUNC,

TO PLEADING  PREVIOUSLY FILED  with a  clerical error.    In  the

pleading entitled  NOTICE AND  DEMAND  TO  DISMISS  FOR  LACK  OF

CRIMINAL JURISDICTION,  as filed  in the  United States  District

Court in  the instant  cases, the section headed REMEDY DEMANDED,

page 11 of 18, subparagraph (d), should read as follows:

     (d)  Alternately,  absent   the   requisite   documentation,
     Defendant hereby  demands that  this United  States District
     Court quash  the grand  jury's indictments  and dismiss  the
     instant  cases  with  prejudice  and  in  the  interests  of
     justice.
