Re: Reservation of
Right to Inspect U.S. OPM SF-61 APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS
Greetings Clerk of Court et
al.:
Your Office is the legal
custodian of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management ("OPM")
Standard Form 61 APPOINTMENT
AFFIDAVITS ("SF-61"), designated as such
by the Act of Congress at 5
U.S.C. 2906:
("court to which the
office pertains")
Perhaps it is now
worthy of serious note that the existence, or absence,
of valid
credentials for all 9 seats on the U.S. Supreme Court
is and should remain a
matter of extraordinary legal and historical importance.
Pursuant to U.S. DOJ's
"Proactive Disclosures" policy, all such mandatory credentials
should already be published and
readily available for public inspection at the Internet
website of the U.S. Supreme
Court:
Please compare the recent
routine request to the Internet Webmaster
for the U.S. House of
Representatives, archived on the Internet here:
DEMAND FOR SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE
On behalf of the United States ex
rel. Agent of the United States
as Qui Tam Relator under
the False Claims Act at 31 U.S.C. 3729 et seq.,
formal DEMAND is hereby made of
your good Office to disclose
electronic copies of the
APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS for all nine (9) "Justices"
currently seated on the Supreme
Court of the United States,
by transmitting said copies via
electronic mail no later than
5:00 PM on Monday, July 31, 2023
A.D. to the following email address:
A list of statutes and other
relevant authorities is archived here,
Thank you for your timely
consideration and compliance in this matter.

Re: relevant
archives on the Internet here:
"It has always
been my understanding that this FOIA Request
would be forwarded to you, if the Solicitor General were
unwilling
or unable timely to disclose the requested documents."
I hope this email message finds
you healthy and safe.
I did not submit a
formal APPEAL;
I merely re-submitted my
original REQUEST to OIP.
DOJ is the legal custodian,
designated as such
by the Act of Congress at 5
U.S.C. 2902(c):
(c)
The commissions of
judicial officers and United States attorneys and marshals,
appointed by the
President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate,
...
shall be made out and
recorded in the Department
of Justice
under the seal of that
department and countersigned by the Attorney General.
The departmental seal may not be
affixed to the commission
before the commission has been
signed by the President.
Thank you for understanding.
