President"
Greetings Disclosure Officer(s), U.S. Department of State:
If the U.S. Secretary of State is the designated legal
custodian
of any PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION issued to Merrick Garland
during Joseph Biden's period in the White House, please
consider
our original FOIA Request below to be re-submitted hereby to

If possible, we would also appreciate it very much if you
will consent
to expedite this simple Request, due to the manifold
legal ramifications
that will arise, if it turns out that Merrick Garland was
never properly
commissioned to
the principal Office of U.S. Attorney General.
In particular, if you are able to confirm that no such
PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION
is presently in your legal custody, we would most appreciate
receiving that
specific confirmation as soon as humanly possible,
preferably via email
(which can then be rapidly archived in the Supreme Law
