Professional Request for electronic copy of valid APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS

executed by Judge Linda V. Parker

Greetings Mr. Ashenfelter et al.:

This Professional Request arises under the Oath of Office Clause

at Article VI, Clause 3 in the Constitution for the United States of America

as lawfully amended, and under all Acts of Congress which have implemented

that Clause.

I am the retired Principal Investigator of The Credential Investigation,

first begun in earnest in late August 2001 A.D.

As you know or should already know, the "court" is the legal custodian

of all APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS of all court officers, designated as such

by the Act of Congress at 5 U.S.C. 2906:

The oath of office taken by an individual under section 3331 of this title

shall be delivered by him to, and preserved by, the House of Congress, agency,

or court to which the office pertains.

Kindly reply timely with an electronic copy of the valid U.S. Office of Personnel Management

Standard Form 61 ("SF-61") APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS for Judge Linda V. Parker:

This style of Request is necessitated by the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA")

which exempts the entire Federal judiciary from that Act:  5 U.S.C. 551(1)(B)

("agency" does not include the courts of the United States).

Other applicable authorities are cited correctly in context here:

(chiefly, the A.O. is NOT the designated legal custodian)

Moreover, you should also know that impersonating an officer of the United States

(Federal government) is a felony violation of 18 U.S.C. 912;  and, 18 U.S.C. 4

creates a legal obligation to report all such felonies to an officer in the civil

or military authority of the United States.

We will look forward to inspecting the APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS

duly executed by Judge Linda V. Parker, for compliance with all

applicable Federal laws and regulations, as cited above.

And, we respectfully request that you forward a copy of this

email Request to Judge Linda V. Parker, in the interest of

fairness and full disclosure.

WORKING DEADLINE:

If we do not receive the requested electronic copy within 10 calendar days,

your failure timely to disclose evidence of a mandatory credential

will be treated as probable cause of 18 U.S.C. 912 violation(s)

justifying a timely report to a duly convened Federal Grand Jury,

as required by 18 U.S.C. 4 (Misprision of felony) and by the

Fifth Amendment.

Kindly also refrain from referring this Request to the A.O.:

as already explained above, the A.O. is NOT a court and hence

is NOT the designated legal custodian of any APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS.

Thank you for your consideration and for honoring all applicable

laws and regulations.

We close now by wishing you a safe, productive and healthy day.
