Greetings Legal Department:

The documentation cited above supports a preliminary conclusion

that Ms. Sonya Sotomayor was never a lawful Justice duly appointed

to a seat on the Supreme Court of the United States.  Consequently,

any and all royalty payments which she received from your company

were made under demonstrably false pretenses constituting fraud.

The United States ex rel. hereby provides you and all interested party(s)

with ACTUAL NOTICE of its intent to initiate a formal complaint against

Ms. Sonya Sotomayor for violating 5 U.S.C. 5507 ("may not be paid")

and the False Claims Act at 31 U.S.C. 3729 et seq. for false salary claims

against the Treasury of the United States.

We will follow shortly with additional information supporting the above.

Meanwhile, please review carefully all documentation appended below.

Thank you very much for your professional consideration in this matter.

Bcc:  Officer, U.S. House of Representatives

Sincerely yours,

Yes, indeed!

2 x mandatory credentials MISSING!

PLUS, by failing to produce valid APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS,

she is liable for all back salaries because of 5 USC 5507:

"An officer required by section 3332 of this title to file an affidavit

may not be paid until the affidavit has been filed."
