That just happened, two weeks ago, so I now have a green light to sue the Governor and Arizona state. I am waiting for my desk to clear a little bit. :) FYI: a similar challenge is now before the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis, so I have been concentrating on that case instead of my own.
