Write a similar letter from a destination
in your Union state, and then send copies
with a cover letter to the Governor,
Attorney General, highway patrol, border
patrol (if any), Amtrak, and all private
carriers like Greyhound, etc.  Don't forget
airport commissioners.  Tell them that
probable cause exists to arrest Reno for
murder in the first degree, for her failure
to produce the required oath of office, and
for premeditating the deaths of innocent
children, without a death warrant.  Cinch your
case by submitting a FOIA request to DOJ 
for their death warrants, issued pursuant to
due process of law.  They don't have any!!
