Subject: Paul Mitchell's Notice of Intent to Arrest Janet Reno - fwd)

See People v. United States et al.,
District Court of Texas State,
Jeff Davis County.

The Clerk of Court can provide you with
the docket number.

If necessary, we can bring the same action
in the county where Waco is situated.

It is not my intention to kidnap anybody.
The evidence is rather conclusive that
those children were murdered in cold blood.

And, there were no death warrants.

See the Fifth Amendment.

The jury decides guilt or innocence.
Citizens can execute the arrest.
