Subject: SLS: Beware Title 42

Dear Clients and Friends,

You have probably heard, now and then,
about the fabled fortunes that attach
to Title 42 civil rights actions.

Please beware!

There are several "patriotic" groups
browsing the countryside, selling
their elixirs of fact and procedure,
law and justice.

Now that the existence of two (2) separate
and distinct classes of citizenship has
been proven, beyond any doubt, you have
only to read a few cases to learn that
Title 42, Section 1983, applies ONLY to
persons (not "Persons") who are subject to
the jurisdiction of the United States
(federal government).

Rather than do your homework for your,
please take the path I recommend, and
pull the United States Code Annotated ("USCA")
for section 1983 of Title 42. Read the
case abstracts. In there, you will find
a few which leave no doubt about the people
who have standing to sue under Title 42.

"Standing to, under Title 42!"

If you want a sure-fire way to fall under
the whims of the federal mafia, then file
a Title 42 action in the United States
District Court.

But, if you get into trouble, please don't
come crying to the Supreme Law Firm. We've
had about all we can take of calls at 11:59
and 47 seconds, p.m.

We told you so, ahead of time.

Fair enough?
