Subject: FYI: Democracy is Coming to the U.S.A. (fwd)

Dear America,

Democracy "officially" arrived in America
in 1868, the year the so-called 14th amendment
was declared (but not ratified) into the
U.S. Constitution. Citizenship, strictly
speaking, is a term of municipal law. Thus,
federal citizens are members of a political
association who owe their allegiance to a
jurisdiction which is not protected by the
Guarantee Clause. Their allegiance is to
a legislative democracy, even if they inhabit
(read "reside") within any of the 50 states.

The United States (federal government) is under
no legal obligation to guarantee a Republican
Form of Government to itself, even though it IS
required to guarantee such a Form to the 50
states. Under one of THE most colossal ruses
ever invented, reaching all the way down to
the voter registration form, Americans have
been defrauded into declaring themselves
federal citizens, thus creating one large herd
of legislative democrats (small "d") who are,
thereby, no longer under the protection of the
state and federal constitutions, and the
magnificent guarantees embodied within those
fundamental documents.

Democracy, anybody? Come and get it!
It's yours for the frauding, of yourself
and your fellow man.

Sincerely,
/s/ Paul Mitchell
