MEMO

TO: Supreme Law School
          The Internet

FROM: Paul Andrew, Mitchell, B.A., M.S.
          Counselor at Law

DATE: July 22, 1997

SUBJECT: Informal Agreement with Office Depot

I am very happy to announce that we have come to an informal
agreement with Office Depot in Tucson, Arizona, for purchasing
and recommending new desktop computers to Internet users.

During the past year, I have had the very good fortune to make
frequent contact with two of Office Depot's business machine
specialists in Tucson: Mark Ashbaugh and Dan Grossman. Their
unique expertise has impressed me for being genuine, and
extensive. Dan's specific advice has always worked, and Mark has
been very generous with his time whenever I stopped by to chat
with him about the latest developments in computer hardware.
Both are extremely well qualified to guide new and existing users
to modern, reliable, and fully supported computer platforms.

Although I have more than 25 years of experience in systems
development, my current focus is the growth and development of
the Supreme Law School and Supreme Law Library. Although the
computer plays a central role in these strategies, I have decided
to refer computer acquisition questions to Dan and Mark, until
further notice. Both of these men are the best of the best, and
they are also backed by the superior technical support provided
by their several suppliers, like Hewlett Packard and Compaq.

Please avail yourself of the excellent support and fine customer
courtesies I have observed in Dan Grossman and Mark Ashbaugh at
Office Depot in Tucson. Here is the contact information:

For your information, we are negotiating a similar informal
agreement with a local repair and upgrade company, with staff who
are equally well qualified to assist with special orders and/or
custom systems. I will provide more information about our
agreement with that company, as soon as it becomes available.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Mitchell
