See Preamble; see also Preamble to the Bill of Rights (frequently unpublished). I hope this reservation is acceptable to you. I use it in ALL federal and state court pleadings, and no one has objected yet. For authority, see Dyett v. Turner, Utah Supreme Court (1968); People v. Boxer, California Supreme Court (1992); and acts of the Virginia Legislature (circa 1819). Please note also that the Preamble uses the nomenclature "People of the United States" as the subject, and the "Constitution for the United States of America" as the object -- to be ordained and established. Therefore, the terms "United States" and "United States of America" are not one and the same. See Bouvier's Law Dictionary for authority. I am one of the People of the United States of America; I am not one of the People of the United States. So, I disagree with Justice Taney on this account, in his majority opinion in Dred Scott v. Sandford (1856). /s/ Paul Mitchell http://www.supremelaw.com At 09:06 AM 7/27/97 -0700, you wrote: >>From: Jackie Madison <m9776@erols.com> >>Subject: The Death of the IRS >> >>To All: Go to the TRIM pages and check up on your Congressperson...only >>those who honor our Constitution ar eworthy of serving.
