Among 7 major points raised in his OPENING BRIEF,
which is now available in the Supreme Law Library,
he has challenged the federal Jury Selection and
Service Act ("JSSA") for exhibiting obvious discrimination
against state citizens.  Such discrimination in the
statute itself has the effect of nullifying ALL jury
actions in his case, both grand and trial juries.
