Our Congress has enacted the Foreign
Agents Registration Act, to require
agents of foreign Principals to register
their name, location, employer, and 
activities, with the federal government,
if they are operating inside the United
States.

All attorneys are rendered aliens
by virtue of the original Thirteenth
Amendment, ratified in 1819.  Thus,
we now define "attorneys at law" as
agents of foreign principals, because
they are really working for the British
Crown.  The law dictionaries define the
term "Attorn" to mean:  to transfer an
estate from the old lord to the new lord;
it is a term from feudal law.  We also
refer to feudal law as "federal" law,
because our Justice department is loaded
with U.S. ATTORNeys.  The states of the
Union do not embrace "feudal" law because
they have their own constitutions and
their own legislatures, which must create
laws pursuant to the U.S. Constitution
and the local state constitutions.  These
constitutions must be Republican in Form,
NOT feudal in form.
