I believe the short title is "Jurisdiction over Federal Areas within the States," Vols. I & II, done under auspices of Attorney General Herbert Brownell, Jr. That team of lawyers examined over 700 pertinent cases. It is a must read, imho. It is tightly summarized in the first half of Chapter 11 in "The Federal Zone". The Brownell study may now be on the Internet, but I do not have the URL just now. /s/ Paul Mitchell http://supremelaw.com At 06:28 AM 9/18/97 -0500, you wrote: >Yvonne, >I teach civ pro too although not fed courts.
