If you will please give me a fax number,
I offer to fax to you the two copies which
I received, separately, over the past 24 hours.
I agree that we should obtain confirmation of
its authenticity, before doing anything else.
I do find it very interesting that it was
faxed to me -- TWICE -- within two (2) weeks
after I filed a formal OFFER TO PROVE
RACKETEERING (RICO) by the Department of Justice
in Los Angeles. However, the ones who faxed
it, failed to identify themselves! This makes
me very suspicious. See the wire fraud statutes
in Title 18, United States Code.
On the merits:
I do not believe that an Oath of Office
constitutes a competent waiver of the
Fifth Amendment Right to remain silent,
in the face of a criminal charge. So,
there was a certain limited validity,
to this memo, from where I stand.
On the other hand, I am expecting more of
the same obstructions which have plagued the
cases now published, and publicly available,
in the Supreme Law Library. Please help
yourself, and be your own judge, of whether
obstruction of justice, and deprivation of
due process, have occurred, or not.
A good place to begin is USA v. Knudson,
which is a commercial lien case, proceeding
in a civil forum.
