No, I do not.

I doubt that you would ever
succeed in getting money back
from the IRS, because they
are going out of existence,
and grabbing everything they
can from a sinking ship.
It is a much better strategy
to sue the bank, or company,
which turned your money over
to them in the first place.
They have deep pockets, and
will likely be around, long
after the IRS is dead and gone.

We are attacking this problem by means of
a challenge to the voter and juror qualification
statutes. The first big salvo was filed
in Gilbertson's appeal to the 8th Circuit;
now, another big salvo is coming on-line
in Arizona (9th Circuit). We are
actively screening potential cases to
join this strategy:
(1) all federal circuits first, then
(2) all 50 Union states, then
(3) all counties (if we still have resources)
That's the plan.
