Read Article III:  it contains one of the
few constitutional definitions of a crime,
namely, treason.  Warring on the several
states is treason, and the "statutes" which
claim to make this possible are totally
unconstitutional, null and void ab initio.

There is no declaration of war.  Period.

Unconstitutionality dates from enactment,
not from the decision(s) so branding them.
Furthermore, we observe this obvious obfuscation
which stems from calling it "martial rule."
Hog wash!!  What's the emergency?  There ISN'T
one, that's the emergency!!!
