When you see "domestic", replace it with "federal zone". Form 1040 is a "U.S. Individual" income tax return [sic]. It is NOT a form to return "Individual Income"!! Got that? "U.S." here is an adjective that modifies "Individual", a noun. "Individual" is NOT an adjective which modifies "income" (another noun). Now you have seen the core of the fraud. /s/ Paul Mitchell http://supremelaw.com copy: Supreme Law School At 10:58 AM 9/15/97 EDT, you wrote: >If you live in California, for example, >and if you are a Citizen of California state, >as opposed to a citizen of the United States, >you break no law unless you to damage or >injury to another human being, or to their >property. >-- > >Paul, correct me if wrong, but doesn't the IRS's own code book explain >that unless you come under Federal Jurisdiction, i.e., Puerto Rico, >Quam, Virgin Islands or if you are a an alien working in the USA, that >you, as a citizen of one of the 50 states, is NOT required to file a >1040 or even pay federal income tax? > >Rumba2 > >
